PVC/PVDC Product Overview

PVC/PVDC pharmaceutical packaging sheet is a high-barrier rigid composite material specially developed for pharmaceutical solid dosage packaging. 

Adopting advanced precision coating and multi-layer composite technology, the product takes high-purity medical-grade PVC as the base layer and PVDC (Polyvinylidene Chloride) as the functional barrier coating layer. 

Integrating the excellent molding stability of PVC and the ultra-high barrier performance of PVDC, this thermoformable blister sheet is non-toxic, hygienic and dimensionally stable, fully compliant with global pharmaceutical packaging safety standards. 

It is widely applicable for blister packaging of tablets, capsules, pills and other moisture/oxygen-sensitive pharmaceutical products.
