PS film (Polystyrene film) is a rigid extruded polystyrene sheet, available in GPPS clear grade and HIPS impact-modified grade. It delivers superb clarity, crisp stiffness and consistent thickness. It features easy vacuum forming, clean cutting and stable shaping after heating. Corona treated surface enables reliable ink bonding for sharp printed patterns. It meets RoHS and REACH requirements, food-contact compliant option available. Widely used for food blister packs, disposable trays, clamshell containers, vacuum forming parts and packaging inserts.

Each PS film roll adopts standard export multi-layer protection. Inner dust-proof and moisture-proof wrapping protects the glossy surface from scratches. Hard paper core guarantees good roundness and flatness. Reinforced outer carton prevents extrusion and deformation in long-distance sea or air shipment. Sea freight, air freight and express delivery are supported. Sample delivery is fast; bulk production has stable lead time.
