Our polystyrene (PS) sheet is a non-foamed thermoplastic material, available in GPPS and HIPS grades. Manufactured to food-grade standard, it is safe for direct food contact.

It boasts a bright white, glossy surface, good rigidity and outstanding thermoforming performance. The sheet can be processed by thermoforming machines into various disposable food packaging items, including yogurt cups, meal trays, hinged takeaway boxes, egg containers and seafood fresh-keeping trays.

Custom specifications are supported, such as thickness, width, roll diameter and core size. The material works well with heat-sealable aluminum foil lids for yogurt cup sealing.

Applications: Dairy packaging, ready-to-eat food packaging, fresh fruit, egg and seafood packaging.
