PS film is a rigid, high-transparent polystyrene film widely used in blister packaging, printing and thermoforming industries. Different from soft flexible films, PS film features high stiffness and excellent hardness, keeping good shape stability during heating and molding. It is one of the most cost-effective packaging materials for regular blister packs, printed sheets and industrial lining.

We produce all PS films with 100% virgin PS resin, ensuring pure texture and stable physical performance. No recycled materials or impurities are added. With advanced calendering production technology, the film surface is ultra-smooth and crystal clear, without bubbles, spots, water marks or foreign particles. The thickness is uniform across the entire roll, delivering consistent flatness for every processing batch.

This rigid PS film has excellent thermoforming performance. It heats evenly and forms smoothly during blister processing, with high molding accuracy and no easy deformation. It also features good surface hardness and scratch resistance, effectively protecting packaged products from friction damage. Lightweight and clean, the film meets general food-contact safety standards, suitable for food blister, toy packaging and daily commodity protection.

We provide single-sided and double-sided corona treatment to improve surface tension greatly. Treated PS film works perfectly with screen printing, gravure printing, UV coating and hot stamping. Printed patterns are bright, clear and firm, not easy to fall off or fade. The film is easy to punch, die-cut and fold, matching automatic processing machines to improve production efficiency and finished product yield.

Packaging & Transportation

Inner Packing: Each PS film roll is wrapped with anti-scratch PE film and waterproof kraft paper. High-hardness paper core keeps the roll round and straight. Sealed packaging prevents dust, moisture and surface scratches during long-distance sea shipment.

Outer Packing: Export-grade carton or fumigation-free wooden pallet with anti-collision corner protectors and reinforced belts. All pallets are fully wrapped with stretch film for compression and moisture resistance. Custom shipping marks are available.

Transport Protection: All rolls are firmly fixed during loading and transportation to avoid extrusion and deformation, ensuring no creases or surface defects on arrival.
