PS Film (Polystyrene Film) is a high-transparency, high-gloss rigid plastic film made of 100% virgin polystyrene resin. Different from flexible PP film and high-toughness PET film, PS film features crystal clear appearance, ultra-smooth surface and excellent rigidity, delivering superior display performance for packaging products. It possesses good flatness and stable dimensional performance during cutting, printing and laminating processes, suitable for regular thermoforming and shaping. With uniform thickness and high surface gloss, the film shows excellent dust-proof and decorative effects. After professional corona surface treatment, PS film gains stable surface tension for high-definition printing and firm lamination bonding. Non-toxic, odorless and hygienic, it meets FDA, RoHS and REACH international safety standards. It is widely used in food blister packaging, toy & stationery transparent packaging, cosmetic decoration and general industrial surface protection fields.
