HIPS Film is a modified opaque polystyrene film with high toughness and excellent impact resistance. It is available in pure matte black and milky white opaque colors, achieving zero light transmittance and excellent shading effect. This modified polystyrene film has uniform color dispersion, no color difference between batches, no surface particles, scratches and bubbles. The surface presents smooth matte texture without glare, bringing high-grade visual and touching feeling. It features stable dimensional stability, ultra-low shrinkage rate and excellent flatness. The material will not warp or deform under temperature changes and long-term stacking pressure. Optional corona surface treatment effectively enhances surface tension and ink adhesion, adapting to silk screen printing, gravure printing, hot stamping and surface coating processing. The film maintains stable hardness and toughness after printing, without cracking at the crease. With excellent mechanical processing performance, HIPS film is extremely suitable for automatic die-cutting, sheet punching, bending and edge folding. Inner Packing: Each HIPS film roll is individually wrapped with anti-scratch PE protective film and thickened waterproof kraft paper.
