Product Introduction

PS film is a rigid polystyrene film widely used for blister packaging, tray forming and printing. It stands out for high rigidity, excellent flatness and great thermoforming performance. The film keeps firm shape after heating and molding, not easy to bend or deform, which is ideal for making various blister packs and plastic trays.

We use 100% virgin PS resin for production. The material is pure and free of impurities, meeting food contact standards. With mature calendering technology, the film surface is smooth and crystal clear, without bubbles, spots or streaks. Uniform thickness across the whole roll guarantees stable processing effect in mass production.

This film heats evenly during blister forming, featuring high molding rate and neat finished edges. It also has decent hardness and scratch resistance to protect packaged items. Single-sided and double-sided corona treatment is available to enhance ink adhesion, making it suitable for gravure printing, screen printing and hot stamping. Printed patterns stay clear and firm.

Easy to punch, cut and fold, PS film matches well with automatic production equipment.
