Compared to PET or PS materials, PP demonstrates superior dimensional stability at high temperatures, being less prone to deformation or the release of harmful substances.

Furthermore, the sheets are supplied in roll form, facilitating automated processing techniques such as thermoforming, folding, welding, and die-cutting, thereby significantly boosting production efficiency. Common applications include disposable meal boxes, yogurt cup lids, medical instrument trays, and pharmaceutical blister pack backing sheets.
