PP Sheet Introduction

PP thermoforming sheet is made from polypropylene resin, featuring excellent heat resistance, low density and outstanding thermoforming performance. It can withstand high temperature sterilization, suitable for microwave heating food containers.

The material boasts good chemical resistance against grease, acid and alkali, non-toxic and food-safe, complying with FDA & EU food contact standards. It has nice toughness and anti-cracking property during deep drawing and molding.

Available in transparent, milky white and customized colors. Virgin PP and food-grade recycled PP are optional. Widely used for disposable food boxes, fruit trays, lunch containers, blister packaging and plastic lids.
