Food Grade PP Packaging Sheet

Our food-grade PP (Polypropylene) sheet is manufactured from 100% virgin PP resin, strictly compliant with FDA and EU food contact safety standards, BPA-free, non-toxic and odorless. It is a high-performance thermoforming material specially designed for food packaging applications.

This PP sheet features excellent heat resistance, good rigidity, uniform thickness and superior thermoforming performance. It supports high-speed vacuum forming and ensures stable molding with neat edges and flat surface. With outstanding oil resistance, chemical stability and low shrinkage, it perfectly fits various food packaging scenarios for cold and hot food.

Available in transparent, milky white and custom colors. Thickness, width and roll length can be fully customized to meet different tray, box and blister packaging requirements.
