PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) sheet is a high-performance transparent thermoplastic copolyester, produced by the transesterification polycondensation of three monomers: terephthalic acid (TPA), ethylene glycol (EG), and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM). It integrates the advantages of clarity, toughness, easy processability and environmental friendliness, making it an ideal alternative to acrylic (PMMA) and polycarbonate (PC) in many industries, and widely used in packaging, display, medical, industrial and other fields.

Exceptional Optical Clarity: With a light transmittance of up to 90% (for 3mm transparent sheets) and haze less than 1%, PETG sheets offer glass-like transparency and a smooth, glossy surface, ensuring excellent visual presentation for products and displays. Superior Impact Resistance: It is 4-5 times stronger than acrylic and 15-20 times tougher than standard acrylic sheets, with outstanding ductility and toughness that prevents cracking or breaking during processing, transportation and use. The Izod notched impact resistance reaches 11.5 kJ/m², ensuring reliable durability in various scenarios.
Easy Processing & Fabrication: PETG sheets feature excellent thermoforming performance, which can be formed at low temperatures without pre-drying, reducing processing costs and improving production efficiency. It is easy to cut, drill, punch, cold bend, weld and bond, and can be processed into complex shapes, precise details, deep draws and compound curves, providing great design freedom for custom projects.
