PETG Film is a high-performance transparent copolyester film known for its ultra-high clarity, glass-grade transparency, excellent toughness and outstanding impact resistance. Manufactured from 100% virgin PETG raw material, this rigid transparent film has no harmful plasticizers, no toxic substances, and fully complies with international food-grade safety standards. Different from ordinary PVC, PP and PS film, PETG film combines the advantages of high hardness, strong flexibility and excellent surface gloss, making it a premium transparent packaging material widely popular in high-end packaging industries.

This PETG film features ultra-smooth surface without crystal points, bubbles, impurities and water marks. It has excellent flatness and low shrinkage rate, maintaining stable dimension during high-temperature processing. The material has superior anti-scratch performance and strong compression resistance, not easy to scratch, crack or break under external force. Even in ultra-thin thickness, PETG film still retains excellent toughness, avoiding brittle fracture which often occurs on PS and rigid PVC film.

With excellent chemical stability, PETG film is resistant to acid, alkali, alcohol and daily chemical corrosion. It will not turn yellow, fog or deform after long-term storage. The film supports corona surface treatment to improve ink adhesion, perfectly suitable for gravure printing, silk screen printing, offset printing, hot stamping and UV printing. The printed patterns are bright, delicate and waterproof, achieving high-end visual effect. In addition, PETG film has excellent thermoforming performance, suitable for vacuum blister molding, bending, die cutting and laminating processing.

Export Standard Packaging

Inner Packing: Each PETG film roll is individually wrapped with anti-scratch PE protective film and thickened waterproof kraft paper. Adopt high-hardness thick paper core to keep the film roll round, straight and non-deformable. The tight sealing structure effectively isolates dust, moisture and external friction, preventing surface scratches, fogging and water spots during long-distance ocean transportation. Each roll is separated to avoid compression and surface friction damage.

Outer Packing: Adopt export-grade thickened carton box or fumigation-free wooden pallet. All carton corners are equipped with anti-collision hard corner protectors, and the outer layer is tightened with high-tensile packing belts. Pallet goods are fully wrapped with stretch film for dustproof, moistureproof, shockproof and compression-proof protection. Custom shipping marks, barcode and brand logo printing are acceptable for OEM bulk orders.
