Product Description

1. Product Introduction

PET film is a high-performance polyester substrate manufactured with 100% virgin PET polyester resin. It features outstanding dimensional stability, ultra-low thermal shrinkage rate and excellent high temperature resistance compared with ordinary plastic films. The film owns highly flat surface, uniform thickness and superior tensile strength, which will not wrinkle, deform or shrink obviously during high-temperature printing, laminating and thermo-compounding procedures. After professional corona activation treatment, the surface tension is stable and durable to achieve excellent ink attachment and firm lamination effect. It possesses reliable water-proof, oil-proof and moderate chemical resistance, non-toxic and odorless. This product passes FDA food contact certification, RoHS and REACH environmental testing. Widely adopted in food packaging, label substrates, electronic insulation, surface protection and various industrial deep processing industries.

4. Export Packaging & Transportation Instructions

All PET film rolls adopt standard export-grade industrial packaging to avoid scratches, extrusion deformation, dampness and dust pollution during long-distance sea and air transportation. Each roll is wound evenly with constant tension to ensure neat edges, flat film surface without loose winding and wrinkles. High-hardness paper core provides strong supporting force to keep the roll intact. Inner side is wrapped with dust-proof buffer material plus PE moisture isolation film; outer side adopts thickened kraft carton, plywood wooden frame reinforcement for pressure resistance and shock resistance.
