PET film is a high-performance transparent polyester film made of 100% virgin PET resin. Compared with PS, PP and PE films, PET film possesses higher tensile strength, better stiffness and extremely low shrinkage rate. It maintains stable physical properties and will not stretch, deform or warp during repeated processing. With excellent surface flatness and high temperature resistance, this polyester film has become one of the most popular industrial films for printing, lamination, electronic insulation and packaging industries.

Our clear PET film delivers ultra-high transparency and mirror glossy surface. The film has no bubbles, crystal points, black spots, water ripples and foreign particles. Uniform thickness distribution ensures consistent flatness for the whole roll. Even after long-term rolling, stacking and transportation, the film remains smooth without curling or wave edges, providing perfect processing performance for die cutting, printing and laminating production.

This polyester film features outstanding dimensional stability and heat resistance. It can withstand high temperature processing without shrinking, yellowing or fogging. The material is waterproof, moisture-proof, oil-proof and dust-proof. It has good chemical inertness to resist weak acid and weak alkali corrosion. Under harsh cross-border shipping and long storage time, PET film keeps stable appearance and mechanical performance without aging and brittleness.

Single-sided or double-sided corona treatment is available to improve surface tension. The treated PET film has strong ink adhesion, which is compatible with screen printing, gravure printing, hot stamping and UV coating. Printed patterns are bright, clear and firm without peeling off. In mechanical processing, the film has balanced toughness and rigidity, suitable for automatic die cutting, punching, embossing and compounding. The cutting edge is smooth and burr-free.

Export Standard Packaging

Inner Packing: Each PET film roll is wrapped with anti-scratch PE film and waterproof kraft paper. Reinforced thick paper core keeps the roll straight and round. Sealed packaging prevents dust, moisture and surface scratches during long sea transportation.

Outer Packing: Packed in export carton or fumigation-free wooden pallet. Equipped with anti-collision corner protectors and strong packing belts. Pallet goods are wrapped with stretch film for compression and moisture resistance. Custom shipping marks are available.
