Product Introduction

PET film is a high-performance polyester film widely used in printing, lamination and industrial packaging fields. Compared with other plastic films, PET film features high transparency, excellent tensile strength, good rigidity and ultra-stable dimensional stability. It does not stretch or deform easily during high-temperature processing and high-speed machine running, making it one of the most reliable materials for precision packaging and printing.

Our PET film is made of 100% virgin PET resin with high purity and stable physical properties. The film surface is super smooth, crystal clear and free of bubbles, crystal points, streaks and impurities. With precise calendering technology, the thickness of the whole roll is uniform, ensuring consistent flatness and processing effect for every batch. It has outstanding temperature resistance, not easy to shrink or warp under heat, suitable for complex processing environments.

This polyester film has excellent barrier performance, good moisture-proof, oil-proof and chemical-resistant features. It can effectively isolate water vapor, oil and dust, protecting products from dampness, oxidation and surface damage. With high mechanical strength and strong tear resistance, the film remains stable even after stretching and folding, greatly reducing defective rate during production.

We provide single-sided and double-sided corona treatment to greatly improve surface tension and ink adhesion. Corona treated PET film supports gravure printing, screen printing, UV coating, dry lamination and hot stamping. The printed patterns are bright, delicate and firm without peeling or fading. The film is easy to cut, die punch and laminate, perfectly matching modern automatic production lines and improving working efficiency.

Inner Packing: Each PET film roll is wrapped with anti-scratch PE film and waterproof kraft paper. High-hardness paper core keeps the roll round, straight and flat. Fully sealed packaging prevents dust, moisture and surface scratches during long-distance sea shipment.

Outer Packing: Export-grade thick carton or fumigation-free wooden pallet with anti-collision corner protectors and reinforced packing belts. All pallets are wrapped with stretch film for compression and moisture resistance. Custom shipping marks are available.
