Product Description

Our PET film is a high-performance rigid polyester film made from 100% virgin PET resin. It features high rigidity, excellent tensile strength and ultra-low thermal shrinkage. Unlike soft plastic films, it will not stretch, warp or deform during high-temperature processing and mechanical operation, making it a reliable material for printing, lamination, electronic insulation and industrial protection.

Adopting advanced extrusion and calendering technology, the film has mirror-like gloss and superior light transmittance. Each roll is strictly inspected to ensure no bubbles, spots or impurities. With even thickness and outstanding flatness, it stays flat without curling after long-distance transportation and long-term stacking, ensuring stable processing results.

This film delivers excellent heat resistance and chemical stability. It can withstand high temperature during thermal lamination, UV printing and drying processes without shrinking, yellowing or fogging. It is waterproof, moisture-proof, oil-proof and resistant to weak acid and alkali. With great anti-aging performance, it maintains stable performance in various complex storage and transportation environments.

We provide single-sided and double-sided corona treatment to enhance surface tension and ink adhesion. The treated PET film works perfectly with screen printing, gravure printing, hot stamping and UV coating. Printed patterns are bright, clear and hard to peel off. Balanced hardness and toughness make it ideal for automatic die cutting, punching and compounding, with neat and burr-free cutting edges.

Each film roll is wrapped with anti-scratch PE film and waterproof kraft paper. Thick paper core keeps the roll round and straight. Sealed packaging prevents dust, moisture and scratches during transit.

Outer Packing

Packed in export cartons or fumigation-free wooden pallets. Equipped with anti-collision corner protectors and reinforced belts. Pallets are fully wrapped with stretch film. Custom shipping marks and logos are acceptable.
