PC Film (Polycarbonate Film) is a high-performance engineering plastic film produced from imported pure polycarbonate resin. Different from ordinary PP, PET and PVC films, PC film features outstanding toughness, extreme impact resistance and excellent optical clarity. It boasts ultra-high light transmittance, smooth surface and uniform thickness, providing superior anti-shatter and anti-break performance. The material exhibits excellent heat resistance, cold resistance and weather stability, maintaining stable physical properties under long-term high-temperature, low-temperature and outdoor environments. With optional corona surface treatment, PC film achieves excellent ink adhesion and lamination bonding strength for precision printing and compound processing. Featuring reliable insulation, flame retardancy and chemical stability, it complies with RoHS, REACH and other international environmental standards. Widely used in optical display protection, electronic insulation, industrial surface shielding, automotive decoration and high-end engineering protection fields.

All PC film rolls adopt high-standard export protective packaging to avoid surface scratch, dust adhesion, moisture and extrusion deformation during long-distance transportation. Each roll is wound evenly with constant tension to ensure flat film surface, neat edges and no creases. High-hardness paper core strengthens the overall stability. Inner layer uses anti-scratch buffer wrapping and moisture-proof isolation film. Outer layer adopts thickened carton or customized wooden box reinforcement, which is shockproof, pressure-resistant and moisture-proof, fully suitable for sea freight, air freight and international express delivery.
