Our polycarbonate (PC) card base sheet is high-performance thermoplastic substrate specially developed for manufacturing high-security ID documents and smart cards. It serves as core layer, laser engraving layer and overlay film for card lamination, widely replacing traditional PVC due to superior anti-counterfeiting and mechanical properties.

Outstanding toughness, impact strength 30x higher than acrylic; stable from -40℃ to 120℃. No cracking, warping or deformation under long-term daily use.
