Product Introduction

PC film is a high-performance rigid polycarbonate film, widely used in industrial protection, electronic shielding, surface covering and special packaging fields. It is well known for excellent impact resistance, high toughness and outstanding temperature resistance. Different from ordinary plastic films, PC film is hard to break even under strong impact, and keeps stable performance in both high and low temperature environments.

We adopt high purity virgin PC raw materials for production. With advanced production technology, the film surface is smooth, transparent and clean, without bubbles, spots and impurities. The thickness of each roll is uniform, ensuring consistent processing effect and long service life. Our products have good weather resistance, not easy to turn yellow or degrade after long-term use.

This film features great anti-scratch and anti-abrasion performance, which can effectively protect products from friction, collision and surface damage. It also has excellent insulation property, making it an ideal material for electronic insulation and component protection. Single-sided and double-sided corona treatment is available to improve surface tension. The treated PC film has strong ink adhesion, suitable for screen printing, gravure printing and laser marking.

Each PC film roll is wrapped with anti-scratch PE film and waterproof kraft paper. Solid paper core keeps the roll round and straight. Outer package uses export cartons or fumigation-free wooden pallets, fixed with packing belts and stretch film for compression and moisture resistance. Custom shipping marks are supported. All rolls are firmly fixed during loading and transportation to avoid creases, extrusion and deformation.
