The primary reason high-transparency PP sheet is ideally suited for positive/negative pressure thermoforming machines lies in the core benefits provided: stronger forming force, more uniform wall thickness, superior transparency and surface finish, and higher efficiency and consistency—perfectly matching the specific forming characteristics and quality requirements of high-transparency PP.

I. The Challenges of Forming High-Transparency PP (Why Standard Machines Are Insufficient)

High Crystallinity and Narrow Forming Window: If the temperature is slightly too low, the material struggles to conform tightly to the mold and is prone to "whitening" (loss of transparency); conversely, if the temperature is too high, it is susceptible to sagging, melting through, and a decline in transparency.

Moderate Flowability and Uneven Stretching: Pure vacuum (negative pressure) forming force is limited to approximately **-0.1 MPa**. Consequently, deep cavities, corners, and intricate features are prone to excessive stretching, thinning, hazing, and compromised structural integrity.

Strict Transparency Requirements: Demands a flawless surface finish—free of bubbles, stress marks, and wall thickness irregularities—otherwise, the material's light transmittance and haze levels will fail to meet quality standards.

II. Core Advantages of Fully Automatic Positive/Negative Pressure Thermoforming Machines (Optimized for High-Transparency PP)

1. Forming Force: Positive Pressure + Negative Pressure—5 to 8 Times Stronger than Pure Vacuum

Compressed air (0.5–0.8 MPa) applied from above provides a powerful "push," while vacuum suction from below provides a strong "pull," creating a substantial pressure differential.

The combination of uniform pressure and rapid mold conformity minimizes uneven crystallization and internal stress within the PP material, resulting in lower haze levels and higher light transmittance. The fine textures of the mold surface are faithfully replicated, resulting in finished products with a smooth finish, free from pitting or blistering marks.

Fully automatic closed-loop temperature control (within ±2°C) prevents the PP material from overheating and degrading, while also eliminating cold spots.
