Product Introduction

PS sheet (Polystyrene sheet) is rigid thermoforming grade polystyrene material, suitable for positive‑pressure & vacuum thermoforming process.

This material delivers high stiffness, good surface gloss, stable thickness tolerance and outstanding deep‑draw forming property. It shows excellent cutting performance during punching, less cracking and edge burrs after forming.

It meets international food‑contact safety standards, safe for direct food contact. Main applications include food trays, fruit packaging, disposable food containers, blister packs and general‑purpose consumer packaging.

We supply clear PS, milky white PS and custom colored sheets. Customizable on thickness, width and roll specifications to match customers’ thermo‑forming machines.
