PET film is manufactured from 100% pure virgin PET resin without any recycled materials or impurity additives. Adopting international advanced multi-layer calendering and flat extrusion technology, the film achieves glass-level high transparency and mirror glossy surface. The whole roll presents uniform thickness, no crystal points, no bubbles, no water ripples, no black spots and no scratches. Compared with other common plastic films, PET material has higher hardness, stronger stiffness and excellent tensile resistance. It is not easy to elongate or deform under external pulling force, maintaining excellent flatness even after long-term rolling, repeated rewinding and stacking storage.
This polyester film features ultra-low thermal shrinkage and outstanding high-temperature resistance. It can keep stable shape without curling, shrinking or warping under continuous high-temperature processing, fully adapting to thermal lamination, UV printing and high-temperature drying procedures. The material has excellent chemical inertness, waterproof, moisture-proof, oil-proof and dust-proof. It can resist daily weak acid, weak alkali and common industrial chemical solvents. Under harsh cross-border transportation and long-term storage environment, the film will not turn yellow, fog or brittle, maintaining permanent high transparency and smooth surface texture.
Optional single-sided or double-sided corona treatment effectively improves surface tension and enhances ink adhesion. The treated PET film solves the problems of printing falling off and blurring, and is compatible with screen printing, gravure printing, offset printing, hot stamping and UV coating. The printed patterns are bright, delicate and three-dimensional with strong adhesion. In mechanical processing, PET film has balanced toughness and rigidity, suitable for automatic die cutting, embossing, compounding, coating and precision punching. The cutting edge is smooth without burrs, greatly improving production yield for deep processing manufacturers.

Export Standard Packaging Introduction

Inner Packing: Each PET film roll is individually wrapped with anti-scratch PE protective film and thickened waterproof kraft paper. Adopt high-hardness thick paper core to keep the film roll round, straight and non-deformable. The tight sealing structure effectively isolates dust, moisture and external friction, preventing surface scratches, water spots and extrusion damage during long-distance ocean transportation.
Outer Packing: Adopt export-grade thickened carton box or fumigation-free wooden pallet. All carton corners are equipped with anti-collision hard corner protectors, and the outer layer is tightened with high-tensile packing belts. Pallet goods are fully wrapped with stretch film for dustproof, moistureproof, shockproof and compression-proof protection. Custom shipping marks and brand logo printing are acceptable for OEM bulk orders.
Transport Protection: All PET film rolls are firmly fixed with binding straps during loading. Strict stacking standards avoid extrusion, collision and shaking during transportation.
