Product Introduction

PP Film (Polypropylene Film) is a lightweight, flexible and cost-effective packaging substrate made of 100% virgin polypropylene resin, including BOPP oriented film and CPP cast film. Unlike rigid PET, PS and HIPS film, PP film features excellent flexibility, outstanding flatness and extremely low thermal shrinkage. It keeps stable and wrinkle-free during high-speed lamination, printing and heat-sealing processes, perfectly adapting to automated industrial production. The material provides superior moisture and oil barrier performance, effectively isolating external contamination and extending product shelf life. Professional corona surface treatment improves surface tension greatly, ensuring strong ink adhesion and clear printing effects. CPP film possesses stable heat-sealing property for automatic bag making.
