Product Introduction
PS Film (Polystyrene Film) is a rigid, high-transparency plastic film produced from 100% virgin polystyrene resin. Featuring ultra-high surface gloss and crystal clear appearance, PS film delivers excellent display effect, different from flexible PP film and high-toughness PET film. It possesses good flatness and stable dimensional performance during cutting, printing and thermoforming processes. The material has smooth texture and stable physical properties at room temperature, not easy to deform. After professional corona treatment, the film gains reliable surface tension for uniform ink attachment and neat lamination results. Non-toxic, odorless and hygienic, PS film complies with FDA, RoHS and REACH safety standards. It is widely applied in transparent blister packaging, product display packaging, stationery, toys, cosmetics and general industrial surface protection.

All PS film rolls adopt export-grade sealed packaging to avoid surface scratches, dust deposition, moisture penetration and extrusion deformation during long-distance cross-border transportation. Each film roll is evenly wound with constant tension to ensure flat surface, uniform gloss and neat edges without creases. High-hardness paper core provides strong supporting force to keep roll shape stable. Inner layer is wrapped with soft buffer material and moisture-proof isolation film. Outer layer adopts thickened kraft carton or reinforced wooden frame, providing excellent shockproof, pressure-resistant and moisture-proof performance for sea freight, air freight and international express delivery.

Application Scope
PS polystyrene film is widely used in transparent food blister packaging, candy and snack display packaging.
