Flocked PS sheet is a composite material based on polystyrene (PS/HIPS) substrate. Fine fibers are electrostatically planted onto the sheet surface to create a soft velvet texture. It inherits excellent rigidity, stable dimension and great thermoforming property of PS, which can be vacuum formed into customized blister inserts directly.

The flocked surface prevents scratches and offers cushion protection for products, greatly upgrading packaging appearance. Available in various colors, customized thickness and roll width, the material features strong fiber adhesion and low linting.
