PC Card Surface Cover Layer
PC Overlay Film (Polycarbonate Card Surface Cover Layer)
PC overlay is dedicated top protective film for PC card core lamination, made of pure polycarbonate raw material, for thermal laminating onto printed card base without adhesive glue.
Key Features
- Excellent thermal bonding: Stable lamination under 170~195℃ hot pressing, tight fusion with PC card base, no delamination after long-term use.
- High clarity & abrasion resistance: Gloss/matte two finishes available, anti-scratch, anti-chemical corrosion, prevent printed content from wear & fading.
- Optional laserable grade: Supports permanent laser engraving for anti-counterfeit marking, widely used for high-security ID products.
- High dimensional stability, RoHS compliant, good tensile & drop resistance for long service life of finished cards.
