With the continuous upgrading of automated industrial production standards, high-precision and high-stability transparent films have become essential raw materials in modern manufacturing industries. Traditional plastic films such as PS, PP and PE are easily deformed, stretched and yellowed during high-temperature processing and long-distance transportation, which cannot meet the strict requirements of printing, lamination and electronic insulation. To solve the instability defects of ordinary transparent films, our factory officially launches upgraded Virgin Clear PET Film. As a high-performance polyester film, it stands out with excellent tensile resistance, ultra-low shrinkage and superior flatness, becoming the preferred upgraded material to replace conventional industrial transparent films.
This newly launched PET film is made of 100% pure virgin PET resin without any recycled materials or impurity additives. Adopting advanced calendering and extrusion technology, the film achieves mirror-level gloss and ultra-high light transmittance. The film surface is smooth and clean, completely free of bubbles, crystal points, black spots, water ripples and foreign particles. With uniform thickness distribution and excellent flatness, the whole roll maintains stable texture. Even after long-term rolling, stacking and cross-border transportation, the film will not curl, warp or generate wave edges, ensuring stable and consistent processing performance for die cutting, printing and laminating procedures.
Featuring outstanding dimensional stability and high temperature resistance, this polyester film can withstand continuous high-temperature processing without shrinking, yellowing or fogging. The material has excellent comprehensive protection performance, including waterproof, moisture-proof, oil-proof and dust-proof properties. It owns stable chemical inertness and can resist weak acid and weak alkali corrosion. Under harsh marine transportation and long-term storage environment, PET film maintains stable mechanical properties and transparent appearance, effectively avoiding aging, brittleness and quality deterioration.
Optional single-sided or double-sided corona surface treatment effectively improves surface tension and greatly enhances ink adhesion. The treated PET film is highly compatible with screen printing, gravure printing, hot stamping and UV coating. The printed patterns are bright, delicate and firmly attached without peeling or fading. In mechanical deep processing, the film has balanced rigidity and toughness, suitable for automatic die cutting, punching, embossing and compounding. The cutting edge is smooth and burr-free, which effectively improves the finished product yield of processing manufacturers.
Widely applicable to electronic insulation gaskets, gift box transparent windows, adhesive tape base films, hardware protective linings, printing lamination and high-temperature resistant industrial accessories. Export Standard Packaging

Inner Packing: Each PET film roll is wrapped with anti-scratch PE film and waterproof kraft paper. Reinforced thick paper core keeps the roll straight and round. Sealed packaging prevents dust, moisture and surface scratches during long sea transportation.
Outer Packing: Packed in export carton or fumigation-free wooden pallet. Equipped with anti-collision corner protectors and strong packing belts. Pallet goods are wrapped with stretch film for compression and moisture resistance. Custom shipping marks are available.
Transport Protection: All rolls are firmly fixed during loading to avoid extrusion and shaking. Ensure no deformation, no edge damage and no surface scratches after delivery.
