Adopting precise calendering and constant-temperature forming technology, the film features ultra-uniform thickness and mirror smooth surface. The whole roll is free of bubbles, crystal points, water marks and surface scratches, ensuring every molded tray has consistent texture and flawless appearance. It maintains excellent flatness after long-distance transportation and stacking, effectively avoiding defective products caused by film warping and uneven thickness.
Different from ordinary PS film, our PS tray film is optimized for tray thermoforming process. It has uniform heating performance, fast molding speed and high molding yield without shrinkage, sagging or edge warping during high-temperature blister processing. The finished PS tray presents high transparency, stiff texture and neat edges, with good compression resistance, not easy to deform during stacking and transportation. The treated surface effectively improves ink adhesion, supporting surface printing, UV coating and labeling processing for finished trays. Inner Packing: Each PS tray film roll is wrapped with anti-scratch PE film and waterproof kraft paper. High-hardness thick paper core supports the film roll firmly, keeping it round, straight and flat. Fully sealed packaging prevents dust, moisture and surface damage during long-distance sea transportation, ensuring no deformation for tray processing.
Outer Packing: Adopt export-grade thick carton or fumigation-free wooden pallets. Equipped with anti-collision corner protectors and reinforced packing belts.
