As the demand for low-cost industrial lining, light shielding and insulating materials continues to rise globally, monochrome opaque rigid plastic films have become indispensable basic materials in the processing industry. Black and white PS film is an economical rigid opaque film made of pure polystyrene raw materials. Different from modified high-toughness HIPS film, this standard PS film retains the inherent characteristics of high hardness, smooth matte surface and slight brittleness. It is more suitable for simple die cutting, static placement, shading isolation and non-bending processing scenarios. This opaque PS film is produced from 100% virgin PS resin and imported environmental protection color masterbatch. It is divided into pure jet black and milky white two conventional industrial colors, achieving complete zero light transmittance and excellent shading effect. The surface presents delicate matte non-glare texture without reflection, avoiding light interference for electronic products. The color paste is evenly dispersed inside the film, ensuring no color fading, no color penetration and no surface color spots. The whole film has no particles, bubbles, water ripples and scratches, with uniform thickness and excellent flatness.
Standard black and white PS film has high rigidity and stable dimensional stability. The shrinkage rate is extremely low, and the film will not warp, curl or deform after long-term stacking and transportation. Due to the material characteristics of ordinary polystyrene, this film is harder than HIPS but slightly brittle. It is not suitable for repeated bending, while it performs excellent cutting effect during single die-cutting and stamping process. The cutting edge is neat and smooth without burrs, which perfectly meets the production requirements of gaskets, lining plates and isolation sheets.
Supporting optional corona surface treatment, the surface tension of PS film is effectively improved. It can adapt to screen printing, gravure printing, hot stamping and other printing processes. The printed handwriting and patterns are clear and firm without falling off. The material has stable chemical inertness, resistant to daily alcohol, weak acid and weak alkali corrosion. Export Standard Packaging Introduction
Inner Packing: Each black and white PS film roll is wrapped with anti-scratch PE protective film and thickened waterproof kraft paper. Equipped with high-hardness thick paper core to keep the film roll round and straight without deformation. The tight sealing structure effectively isolates dust, moisture and friction scratches, protecting the matte monochrome surface from abrasion during long-distance ocean transportation.
Outer Packing: Adopt export-grade thickened carton or fumigation-free wooden pallet. Install anti-collision hard corner protectors and high-tensile packing belts. Pallet goods are fully wrapped with stretch film for shockproof, compression-proof and moisture-proof protection. Custom shipping marks and customer brand logos are acceptable for OEM bulk orders.
