The film has good folding resistance and flexibility, no whitening, cracking or breaking after repeated bending and shaping. Meanwhile, it has stable heat sealability. The heat-sealed edge is tight and uniform, with good air tightness and fresh-keeping effect, which is very suitable for automatic bag making and sealed packaging production.
To meet diversified downstream processing needs, we provide customizable single-sided and double-sided corona treatment. After corona treatment, the surface tension of the PP film is greatly improved, with strong ink adhesion and coating affinity. It can perfectly adapt to high-speed gravure printing, screen printing, UV coating and film lamination processes. The printed patterns are bright, clear and firm, without ink falling off, blurring and fading. The film is easy to cut, die punch and reprocess, with neat and burr-free edges, fully matching modern automatic production lines and improving overall production efficiency.

Packaging & Transportation

Inner Packing: Each PP film roll is wrapped with anti-scratch PE film and waterproof kraft paper. High-hardness paper core keeps the film roll round, straight and flat. Fully sealed packaging effectively prevents dust, moisture and surface scratches during long-distance sea transportation.
Outer Packing: Export-grade thick carton or fumigation-free wooden pallet with anti-collision corner protectors and reinforced packing belts. All pallets are fully wrapped with stretch film for compression resistance and moisture resistance. Custom shipping marks and customer logos are available for bulk orders.
Transport Protection: All film rolls are firmly fixed during loading and transportation to avoid extrusion, shaking and creases, ensuring no deformation and perfect surface condition on arrival.
