Custom single-sided and double-sided corona treatment is available to greatly improve surface tension and ink adhesion. The treated PET film is perfectly compatible with gravure printing, screen printing, hot stamping and UV coating. The printed patterns are bright, delicate and firm, not easy to fall off or fade. In automated mechanical processing, the film has balanced hardness and ductility, suitable for high-speed die cutting, punching, embossing and compounding. The cutting edge is smooth and burr-free, fully matching modern intelligent production lines.

Packaging

Inner Packing: Each PET film roll is wrapped with anti-scratch PE protective film and thick waterproof kraft paper. Equipped with high-hardness paper core to keep the roll straight and round. Sealed packaging effectively prevents dust, moisture and surface scratches during long-distance sea transportation.
Outer Packing: Adopt export-grade thick carton or fumigation-free wooden pallet. Install anti-collision corner protectors and reinforced packing belts. Pallet goods are fully wrapped with stretch film for compression and moisture resistance. Custom shipping marks and brand logos are available.
Transport Protection: All film rolls are firmly fixed during loading and transportation to avoid extrusion, shaking and deformation, ensuring intact surface and neat edge upon arrival.
