PET film (Polyethylene Terephthalate) is a high-performance rigid polyester industrial film, widely recognized for its superior comprehensive performance among conventional plastic films. Manufactured from 100% pure virgin PET resin without any recycled materials or impurities, this film features high rigidity, excellent tensile strength and ultra-low thermal shrinkage rate. This polyester film owns outstanding heat resistance and dimensional stability. Equipped with excellent waterproof, moisture-proof, oil-proof and dust-proof performance, it has stable chemical inertness to resist weak acid and weak alkali corrosion. It features great weather resistance and anti-aging performance, not easy to become brittle or fade after long-term storage and use, adapting to various harsh transportation and working environments.
Custom single-sided and double-sided corona treatment is available to greatly improve the film surface tension and ink adhesion. The corona-treated PET film is perfectly compatible with gravure printing, screen printing, hot stamping and UV coating processes. The printed patterns are bright in color, clear in texture and firmly attached, never peeling off or fading. With balanced hardness and toughness, the film is suitable for automatic die cutting, punching, embossing and compounding processing, with smooth and burr-free cutting edges, effectively improving finished product yield and production efficiency.

Inner Packing: Each PET film roll is wrapped with anti-scratch PE protective film and thickened waterproof kraft paper. Equipped with high-hardness thick paper core to keep the film roll round, straight and non-deformable. The fully sealed packaging structure effectively isolates dust, moisture and friction scratches, protecting the smooth transparent surface during long-distance cross-border sea transportation.
Outer Packing: Adopt export-grade thick carton boxes or fumigation-free wooden pallets. All corners are equipped with anti-collision hard protectors and reinforced packing belts. Palletized goods are fully wrapped with stretch film to achieve compression resistance, shock resistance and moisture resistance. Custom shipping marks and exclusive customer brand logos are available for OEM bulk orders.
Transport Protection: All PET film rolls are firmly fixed with binding straps during loading and transportation. Standardized stacking and fixing methods avoid extrusion, shaking and collision.
