This industrial-grade PET film is made of 100% pure virgin PET resin without any recycled materials and impurity components. The film surface is clean and smooth, completely free of bubbles, crystal points, black spots, water ripples and foreign particles. The whole roll maintains uniform thickness and superior flatness. Different from soft PVC film, PET film has stiff texture and strong toughness. It will not curl, warp or deform after long-term rolling, stacking and cross-border transportation, greatly improving the yield rate of deep processing products.
The upgraded PET polyester film has outstanding temperature resistance and dimensional stability. It can continuously withstand high temperature environment during thermal lamination, UV printing and drying procedures without shrinking, yellowing or fogging. The material has excellent physical protection performance including waterproof, moisture-proof, oil-proof and dust-proof functions. It also has stable chemical inertness to resist weak acid and weak alkali corrosion. Under harsh marine transportation and humid storage environment, the film maintains stable rigidity and transparent appearance, avoiding aging, brittleness and quality deterioration.
Optional single-sided or double-sided corona treatment effectively enhances surface tension and ink adsorption capacity. The treated PET film is highly compatible with gravure printing, screen printing, hot stamping and UV coating. The printed patterns are bright, delicate and firmly attached without peeling or fading. In automated mechanical processing, the rigid film features balanced hardness and ductility, suitable for die cutting, punching, embossing and compounding. The cutting edge is smooth and burr-free, perfectly matching high-speed processing equipment.

Export Standard Packaging Introduction

Inner Packing: Each PET film roll is wrapped with anti-scratch PE protective film and thickened waterproof kraft paper. Equipped with high-hardness thick paper core to keep the film roll round and straight. The sealed packaging structure effectively isolates dust, moisture and friction scratches, protecting the smooth transparent surface during long-distance ocean transportation.
Outer Packing: Adopt export-grade thickened carton box or fumigation-free wooden pallet. All carton corners are equipped with anti-collision hard corner protectors. Pallet goods are fully wrapped with stretch film for dustproof, moistureproof and compression-proof protection. Custom shipping marks and customer brand logos are available for OEM bulk orders.
