PET Sheets for Folding Box Applications

Our food-grade transparent PET sheets are tailor-made for folding box packaging. Featuring ultra-high clarity, outstanding surface gloss and excellent rigidity, the material delivers perfect folding performance with no whitening, cracking or breaking along crease lines during bending.

With stable thickness tolerance and superior flatness, this PET substrate supports silk printing, offset printing, UV printing, die-cutting and automatic high-speed box forming without processing defects.

Standard grade complies with food contact regulations, safe for direct packaging of snacks, desserts, fruits and baked goods. Anti-static PET sheet is available on request to eliminate static adhesion, effectively preventing dust absorption and product sticking during automatic production.

Suitable packaging scenarios: cosmetic folding boxes, food gift boxes, electronic component folding packages, toy retail boxes and daily commodity transparent folding containers. Custom thickness, width and anti-static treatment can be provided per customer’s requirements.
