PS/EVOH/PE Co-extruded Sheet Product Introduction
Basic Description
PS/EVOH/PE multi-layer co-extruded sheet is a high-barrier composite material produced by co-extrusion technology with polystyrene, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer and polyethylene as raw materials. The integrated multi-layer structure combines the rigidity of PS, excellent oxygen & aroma barrier property of EVOH, and heat-seal performance of PE, solving the preservation demand of food packaging efficiently.

Outstanding Barrier Performance
EVOH middle layer provides ultra-low oxygen and water vapor transmission rate, effectively blocking oxygen, moisture, oil and peculiar smell. It greatly extends the shelf life of refrigerated, fresh and ready-to-eat food without adding preservatives.
Rigid & Formable
PS outer layer endows the sheet with high stiffness, flatness and good thermoforming performance. It can be processed into various blister trays, boxes and containers with clear edges and stable shape after molding.
Reliable Heat Sealing
Inner PE layer supports tight heat sealing, matching with lid films for complete airtight packaging, ideal for MAP modified atmosphere packaging.
