It provides long-term stable protection for food, cosmetics and precision electronic parts, preventing product oxidation, dampness and surface damage. Its strong tear resistance greatly reduces film breakage and defective rates during continuous processing.
To meet diversified fine processing demands, customizable single-sided and double-sided corona treatment is available for the PET film. The treated surface effectively improves surface tension and ink adhesion, perfectly compatible with high-speed gravure printing, screen printing, UV coating, dry lamination and hot stamping processes. The printed patterns are bright, delicate and firmly attached without ink peeling, fading and blurring. With balanced hardness and toughness, the film supports automatic die cutting, punching and compounding, with neat and burr-free edges, greatly improving the overall production efficiency of packaging and printing enterprises.

Packaging & Transportation

Inner Packing: Each PET film roll is wrapped with anti-scratch PE film and waterproof kraft paper. High-hardness paper core keeps the roll round, straight and flat. Fully sealed packaging prevents dust, moisture and surface scratches during long-distance sea shipment.
Outer Packing: Export-grade thick carton or fumigation-free wooden pallet with anti-collision corner protectors and reinforced packing belts. All pallets are wrapped with stretch film for compression and moisture resistance. Custom shipping marks are available.
Transport Protection: All film rolls are firmly fixed during loading and transportation to avoid extrusion, shaking and creases, ensuring perfect surface and stable processing performance after arrival.
