Product Overview
Our PVC/PVDC pharmaceutical packaging sheet is a high-barrier rigid composite material specially developed for pharmaceutical solid dosage packaging. Adopting advanced precision coating and multi-layer composite technology, the product takes high-purity medical-grade PVC as the base layer and PVDC (Polyvinylidene Chloride) as the functional barrier coating layer. Integrating the excellent molding stability of PVC and the ultra-high barrier performance of PVDC, this thermoformable blister sheet is non-toxic, hygienic and dimensionally stable, fully compliant with global pharmaceutical packaging safety standards. It is widely applicable for blister packaging of tablets, capsules, pills and other moisture/oxygen-sensitive pharmaceutical products.
Application Scope
Specially designed for pharmaceutical blister packaging, suitable for all kinds of solid medicines, including prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, health care products and nutraceuticals. It is the preferred packaging material for moisture-sensitive, oxygen-sensitive and easily deteriorated tablets, capsules, granules and other pharmaceutical preparations, and also applicable to precision medical accessory packaging.
