After molecular modification formula optimization, this film fundamentally solves the fragility defect of ordinary PS film, possessing excellent impact resistance and bending ductility. HIPS film is a modified opaque polystyrene rigid film developed based on ordinary PS raw materials. Adopting 100% virgin modified HIPS resin and high-purity polymer toughening components, the material maintains the original high rigidity of PS while greatly improving flexibility and impact resistance. The product is available in matte milky white and matte pure black, achieving complete light barrier and zero light transmittance. Different from glossy plastic films, its non-glare matte surface avoids light reflection, which perfectly meets the anti-peeping and shading requirements of electronic products and confidential packaging.
The film features uniform color dispersion without batch color difference, no surface particles, water ripples, bubbles and scratches. With ultra-low shrinkage rate and stable dimensional tolerance, HIPS film will not warp, curl or deform under long-term stacking and temperature fluctuation. It has stable chemical inertness, resisting daily alcohol, weak acid and weak alkali corrosion. It will not fade, yellow or deteriorate during long-distance sea transportation and complex storage environment, maintaining consistent surface texture and mechanical properties.
Supporting optional corona surface treatment, the film surface tension is effectively improved to ensure firm ink adhesion. It is compatible with screen printing, gravure printing, hot stamping and other printing processes. Even after repeated folding and die-cutting, the printed position will not crack or peel off. With superior mechanical processing performance, HIPS film is suitable for automatic die-cutting, sheet punching, edge folding and laminating. The cutting edge is smooth and burr-free, which effectively reduces material waste and improves continuous production efficiency for processing manufacturers.

Export Standard Packaging Introduction
Inner Packing: Each HIPS film roll is individually wrapped with anti-scratch PE protective film and waterproof kraft paper. Equipped with high-hardness paper core to keep the roll round and straight without deformation. The tight sealing structure effectively isolates dust, moisture and friction marks. Specially protect the matte surface to avoid scratches and abrasion during long-distance ocean transportation.
Outer Packing: Adopt export thick carton or fumigation-free wooden pallet. Install anti-collision corner protectors and high-strength packing belts. Pallet products are wrapped with stretch film for shockproof, compression-proof and moisture-proof protection. Custom shipping marks and customer brand logos are available for OEM bulk orders.
