This semi-permanent antistatic transparent PET sheet is a new, long-lasting static-dissipative material specifically developed for vacuum thermoforming processes. It combines high transparency, stable antistatic performance, and excellent processing characteristics, effectively solving industry pain points associated with standard PET sheets—such as static buildup, dust attraction, and potential damage to precision components. It is the ideal substrate for high-end antistatic blister packaging. Manufactured using virgin PET resin combined with an integrated, long-lasting antistatic formula, this material differs from standard products that rely on short-term surface coatings. It functions independently of ambient humidity, offering durable and stable antistatic performance. As a semi-permanent antistatic material, it maintains its properties without degradation or loss of effectiveness even after prolonged use and repeated processing, ensuring exceptional durability.
Regarding core performance, the sheet maintains a stable surface resistivity within the 10⁶–10⁹ Ω range, allowing for the rapid dissipation of static electricity generated during production, transport, and storage. This effectively prevents issues such as dielectric breakdown in precision electronic components, dust attraction, and packaging contamination caused by static buildup. Simultaneously, the product retains the superior light transmission and clarity characteristic of PET; it is highly transparent throughout, free from haze or impurities, and allows for a clear view of the packaged product, balancing protective function with visual appeal. The substrate offers excellent rigidity, toughness, and dimensional stability; it is water- and stain-resistant, resistant to deformation and chemical corrosion, and features outstanding UV resistance, making it suitable for long-term storage and use across various environments.
Compatible with a wide range of vacuum thermoforming processes, the sheet exhibits excellent thermal processing characteristics, ensuring smooth forming and precise edge definition. It can be fabricated into various finished products—such as blister trays, boxes, and transparent protective packaging—with low processing waste and high yield rates. It is widely used for the protective packaging of static-sensitive products, including semiconductor components, precision electronic accessories, medical devices, and precision instruments. Fully compliant with the standards for cleanroom production and antistatic packaging in high-end manufacturing, it offers a combination of environmental friendliness, practicality, and long-lasting protection.
