Product Introduction

HIPS Film (High Impact Polystyrene Film) is a high-toughness rigid thermoplastic film upgraded from ordinary polystyrene material, made of 100% virgin HIPS resin. Different from regular PS film with brittle texture, HIPS film features greatly enhanced impact resistance and anti-crack performance while maintaining high flatness and excellent thermoformability. It boasts stable rigid structure, uniform thickness and outstanding processing adaptability, capable of stable blister forming, cutting and laminating without cracking or deformation. The film retains high surface smoothness and good printing adaptability after professional corona surface treatment, realizing clear printing patterns and firm lamination bonding. With non-toxic, odorless and hygienic properties, it fully complies with FDA, RoHS and REACH international safety standards. It is widely applied in food blister trays, frozen food packaging, electronic product inner trays, hardware packaging and general industrial rigid protection fields.
